What You'll Need:
sausages potatoes onions bacon parsley beef broth salt & pepper
Cook bacon until crispy.
Brown the bangers in the bacon grease.
Layer sliced potatoes and onions.
Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with bacon and parsley.
Repeat! Add sausages on top, then cover and bake for 2 hours.
