Easy Banana Bread Recipe

A slice of fresh banana bread makes a great snack, breakfast food, or treat!

Pour the mashed bananas into a large bowl.

Add the melted butter and mix well.

Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla then mix well.

Add the baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt then mix well.

Add the flour and walnuts then gently mix to combine.

Transfer mixture to greased loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes.

Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve!
