Best Beef Kabob Marinade

There is nothing like flame-grilled chunks of tender meat and veggies for an easy outdoor meal that always satisfies!

Place the cubed meat into a large plastic zip-tight bag.

In a medium bowl, mix the marinade ingredients together.

Reserve 1 tbsp of the marinade and pour the rest over the meat, then seal and squish to coat well. Refrigerate for 1-6 hours.

Boil the potatoes, drain well, then toss with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, rosemary, and mustard.

Preheat grill to high heat. Chop all veggies then drizzle with the reserved marinade.

Alternate meat, vegetables, and potatoes on the skewers until filled. Aim for 4-5 pieces of steak on each.

Place kabobs on the grill and reduce heat to medium-high. Grill for 8-10 minutes, flipping every 2-3 minutes.

Remove from the grill and rest for 5 minutes before serving. A salad makes the perfect side!
