What You'll Need:

Whisk water & cocoa powder to "bloom" the chocolate.

Whisk in eggs, oil, sugar, milk, and vanilla. Then add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Fill cupcake pans, then bake.

Dye frosting purple, yellow, and orange. Transfer to piping bags fitted with decorative tips.

Pipe orange swirls with two mini orange swirls on top for "buns".

Pipe regular yellow and lopsided purple swirls for the other two Sanderson Sisters' hairstyles.
