Homemade Granola

What You'll Need:

Rolled Oats Sliced Almonds Light Brown Sugar Cinnamon Kosher Salt Butter Honey Vanilla Extract Egg White

In a large mixing bowl, stir together the oats, almonds, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.

In a small bowl, stir the melted butter, honey, vanilla, and egg white.

Drizzle the egg mixture over the oat mixture, stirring together until well-combined.

Pour the granola out onto a baking sheet and spread it into a thin, even layer. Bake for 30-35 minutes, rotating the pan once halfway through until the granola is golden and crispy, and the almonds are lightly toasted.

Remove the pan from the oven and let the granola cool completely before storing.

Homemade granola doesn't have the excess sugar, unhealthy fats, and preservatives used in the kind of granola you get at the store. And it takes about 5 minutes to put it all together - talk about a win!
