Mango Lassi

What You'll Need:

Chopped Ripe Mango Plain or Vanilla Yogurt Mango Juice Honey Vanilla Extract Ground Cardamom Ice Cubes

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy. If using fresh fruit, keep adding ice cubes one at a time until the desired consistency is reached.

To thin it out, add more mango juice. Add extra fruit or yogurt to thicken.

Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Garnish with fresh mango slices, if desired.

This is the best mango lassi recipe I've tried, and it's really easy! It's just like making a milkshake or smoothie but with a bit more flavor.
