Corn Dog Mini Muffins

What You'll Need:
all-purpose flour yellow cornmeal baking soda sugar salt buttermilk eggs butter hot dogs
Whisk flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking soda, and salt together.
Whisk eggs, melted butter, and buttermilk, then stir into dry ingredients.
Slice hot dogs into 1-inch pieces.
Fill mini muffin cups with batter, then press a hot dog piece into the center.
Bake 10 minutes, then serve with ketchup and mustard.
Super dippable and they freeze great for easy lunches and snacks!
