Homemade Blueberry Pie

Deliciously sweet and juicy with a buttery, flaky crust, nothing quite compares to a classic Blueberry Pie!

Make the pie dough and divide it in half. Roll out the bottom crust and use it to line a 9-inch pie plate. Set aside.

Combine all of the filling ingredients in a large bowl, tossing to coat the blueberries evenly. Pour into the pie crust.

Roll out the remaining pie dough in a large circle, then use a pizza cutter to cut out ½″ to 1″ strips of dough.

Weave the dough strips into a lattice pie crust - see post for easy instructions and visual images of how to do this!

Trim and crimp the edges of the crust. Brush with egg wash. Bake for 55 minutes, and cool for 2 hours before serving so the filling can set up.
