Twice Baked Potatoes
What You'll Need:
russet potatoes olive oil kosher salt milk butter sour cream cream cheese cheddar cheese green onions garlic powder black pepper
Rub potatoes in oil and salt, then bake. Slice in half and scoop out insides.
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix until creamy.
Divide filling between the potato skins.
Sprinkle with more cheese, then bake!
Cook until cheese is melted and potatoes are hot through.
Makes a great side!
