These easy, mouthwatering Sriracha Mayo Marinated Grilled Lamb Chops are one of my favorite recipes for summer entertaining! They look and sound impressive, but they take less than 20 minutes of total work aside from the marinating time.

- 1 lamb rack frenched and cut into individual chops
- 3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 Tablespoons honey
- 3 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint leaves
- 2 Tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
Combine the marinade ingredients in a large ziploc bag. Add the lamb chops and marinade for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove lamb chops from the marinade and grill for about 4 minutes on each side. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
