Spray a 9x5 loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and line it with a piece of parchment paper. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl.
Add the melted butter, brown sugar, sugar, eggs, and vanilla to the bananas. Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes.
Whisk the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl, then add this to the wet mixture.

Bake for 60-70 minutes until a toothpick is inserted in the center of the loaf and it comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
