- 3 cups Brussels sprouts (about 1 stalk of Brussels sprouts)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Salt & pepper to taste
Place the Brussels sprouts in a large bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil and maple syrup, then stir to coat. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Add Brussels sprouts to the basket of the air fryer. Cook for 12 minutes at 380°F, stirring halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are golden brown and tender.
Taste and adjust seasoning, as needed. Serve immediately.

Store: Once cooled, transfer the sprouts to an airtight container and store the sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. To re-crisp the sprouts, reheat them in the air fryer at 350°F for a few minutes until they are warm and crispy again.
