Ingredients

  • 3 cups Brussels sprouts (about 1 stalk of Brussels sprouts)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place the Brussels sprouts in a large bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil and maple syrup, then stir to coat. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

  • Add Brussels sprouts to the basket of the air fryer. Cook for 12 minutes at 380°F, stirring halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are golden brown and tender.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning, as needed. Serve immediately.

Notes

Storage
  • Store: Once cooled, transfer the sprouts to an airtight container and store the sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. To re-crisp the sprouts, reheat them in the air fryer at 350°F for a few minutes until they are warm and crispy again.
