Ingredients

Burger Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 Tablespoons sweet relish
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

Meat

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Bowls

  • 4 cups shredded lettuce
  • 3 cups French fries (air fried or baked according to package directions)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup dill pickle slices
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sliced red onions
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Whisk all of the sauce ingredients together until combined. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
½ cup mayonnaise, 2 Tablespoons ketchup, 2 Tablespoons sweet relish, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, ½ teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ¼ teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • Add the ground beef to a large skillet over medium heat. Cook for 1-2 minutes, breaking up into large chunks.
    1 pound lean ground beef
  • Add the Worcestershire sauce and all seasonings and continue cooking until the meat is cooked through. Don’t break up the meat into tiny pieces. You want the meat to be more like small bite-sized pieces. Drain the grease.
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt, ½ teaspoon coarse ground black pepper, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Assemble the bowls with lettuce on the bottom topped with the meat, fries, tomatoes, pickles, cheese, and onion slices. Drizzle some sauce over the top and finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds if desired.
4 cups shredded lettuce, 3 cups French fries, 1 cup cherry tomatoes, 1 cup dill pickle slices, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, ½ cup sliced red onions, Sesame seeds

Notes

Storage & Make Ahead
  • Store: Keep components separate in airtight containers. Beef and sauce last up to 4 days; veggies best within 2–3 days.
  • Freeze: Freeze cooked beef up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in fridge.
  • Reheat: Warm beef in a skillet with a splash of water. Re-crisp fries in air fryer or oven.
  • Make Ahead: Prepare sauce and beef up to 4 days ahead. Crisp fries right before assembling.
