Caramel Apple Crescent Rolls

These Caramel Apple Pie Crescent Rolls are a deliciously easy Fall dessert. Gooey caramel and apple pie filling is wrapped up in buttery crescent roll dough then sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. Only 6 ingredients and they are ready in under 30 minutes. Ready to eat right out of the oven, or add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to take them over the top.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) tube crescent roll dough
  • 1 (20-ounce) can apple pie filling
  • 24 unwrapped soft caramel candies
  • 2 Tablespoons salted butter melted
  • 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
    1 (8-ounce) tube crescent roll dough
  • Spoon 2 tablespoons of apple pie filling onto the wide end of each triangle of dough. Place 2 unwrapped caramels on top.
    1 (20-ounce) can apple pie filling, 24 unwrapped soft caramel candies
  • Roll crescent roll dough around filling to enclose. Transfer to a baking sheet.
  • Brush each roll with melted butter. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over each roll.
    2 Tablespoons salted butter, 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Bake for 14-16 minutes until golden brown.
  • Eat while still warm, or top with a scoop of homemade vanilla ice cream.
