- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Add all the ingredients except oil to a blender and process to combine.
1/2 cup ketchup, 1/3 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup red wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon celery seed, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt, 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Slowly add the oil to emulsify. Store in the fridge.
