Ingredients

  • 1 (32-ounce) bag Southern-style hashbrowns
  • 2 (14-ounce) packages smoked sausage sliced
  • 2 cups freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (1-ounce) package ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

  • In your slow cooker, mix the hash browns, smoked sausage, cheddar cheese, onion, cream of mushroom soup, and ranch seasoning.

  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
