Filling
- 2 pounds peaches peeled and sliced
- 1 pound strawberries hulled and quartered
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
Crumble Topping
- 2 cups (282g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 12 Tablespoons salted butter melted
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
For filling, combine peaches and strawberries in a large bowl. Add lemon juice, sugar, and flour. Toss to evenly distribute. Transfer filling to a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
