Instant Pot

I'm picky about the recipes I actually like to cook in my Instant Pot. While some people enjoy using it for almost everything, these are only the best Instant Pot recipes that our family actually enjoys. It's amazing for so many things, but just not everything.

My favorite ways to use our electric pressure cooker are for making Brown Rice and cooking Charro Beans. But it also makes really wonderful Cheesecake and is great for roasts like these Pork Carnitas as well! You can trust that each recipe in this category has been tested and vetted to be the very best!
