I absolutely love the flavor of lemon in baking and cooking. It’s such a bright & fresh, fruity flavor with just the right amount of lip-puckering tartness.

Lemons are great for baking and cooking because they can be found year round and the lemon is such a well loved fruit that it can be found all over the world! The whole lemon, including the peel and the rind are used in a wide variety of foods and drinks.
