Homemade Pizza Crust

Proof the yeast in warm water
A little sugar helps the yeast activate so the pizza dough will rise well.
Add flour and knead.
Kneading helps develop the gluten in the dough so it bakes chewy but crispy on the outside.
Let the dough rise for 30 min.
While it rises, preheat your oven as hot as it will go (around 500 degrees F).
Roll out and top with pizza sauce.
Use your favorite pizza sauce, white sauce, pesto sauce, or olive oil and garlic!
Add cheese and toppings. Bake!
Pizza bakes quickly at a really high temperature for pizzeria quality results!
