These peppermint favorite recipes are bursting with festive flavor. You will find some new favorites and old classics with so much holiday flair. These recipes will make that candy cane flavor shine from cookies, to cheesecakes, to fudge and a whole lot in between!

I polled my audience this season about what their favorite holiday flavor is and peppermint nudged out gingerbread by just a smidge. Cranberry, eggnog, and citrus were the runners-up but all worthy contenders as well.

Peppermint to me completely signifies the holiday season. When peppermint treats start hitting the stores it’s go time. I love that it can be used in so many different ways like chocolates, candies, cookies, ice cream, fudge, hot chocolate, and much more! While peppermint is famously a holiday flavor, it can honestly be enjoyed any time of the year. Peppermint ice cream in the middle of summer? Yes please.

Another reason I love peppermint so much is because it is honestly so much fun to bake with and makes amazing eye candy. I mean look how beautiful these recipes are! The pops of red against the dark chocolate?! Chef’s kiss.

Here are some of our favorite easy peppermint recipes that are perfect to share with friends and neighbors. I hope you enjoy these fun recipes and they can bring some fun festive flair to any occasion.
